Returns Policy, Warranty & Company Details
Right to return within 14 days of delivery on all our products. A full refund minus initial shipping cost is given on all products that are returned once we have received the product and checked that it is in an unused and resalable condition.
Postage for return is at clients expense.
Refund of Taxes.
We only collect taxes (VAT) in the UK, so that will also be refunded upon saddle return from UK customers.
Customers where their country charges taxes, have it collected by DHL upon import and upon return need to arrange directly with DHL for taxes to be refunded.
All products are fully checked prior to dispatch. In the very rare instance that a fault occurs during use for which the product is intended, we will replace that item with new.

Warranty
All Inky Dinky products are covered by one year manufacturer's warranty against faults in materials and manufacture during normal intended use of product and when maintained correctly. Our products must be regularly cleaned, kept in good order and stored in a warm, dry place. Saddles should be wiped clean and leather saddles should have saddle balm applied regularly. Synthetic saddles should be wiped clean with warm water (no detergents) Velcro needs to be kept clean for the hook and loop to stay functional.
Uvex products are covered directly by Uvex warranty.
