Dispatch & Delivery

UK Delivery is usually within 2 business days with DPD Local. Packaging is included in the price of the saddles. Within the UK, the saddles are posted completely made and ready to use in a large double skin cardboard box (61x48x48cm) and are securely wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery.  The saddles are always tracked postage which you will be provided with via email or text when they are shipped to you.

Delivery outside of the UK – If buying from outside of the UK, postage prices and shipping times will vary. Please see below for shipping costs, which are automatically added to your cart at checkout. Delivery is via DHL Express.

Shipping times may very depending on stock. 

If purchasing more than one saddle from outside the UK, please contact us, as the shipping cost may be reduced, from the shipping costs shown below.

Accessories if purchased with any child’s saddle will be shipped together, to keep shipping costs down.

VAT (Taxes) will only be charged to UK customers at checkout.

If purchasing from the USA or Australia you pay NET to us and no sales tax or duty. 

If you are purchasing from Canada and European countries you will only pay NET to us, but will have to pay your countries VAT (and any import duty) to DHL prior to delivery.

Returns

We hope you will love your Inky Dinky saddle, but if for any reason you would like to return your saddle, you have 30 days from receipt to return it for a full refund (as long as the child’s saddle has not been used.)
