Emerging from a deep, atmospheric background, the horse is draped in flowers and delicate strands of 
beads — beautiful and feminine, yet still unmistakably free. 

I wanted the decoration to feel almost like jewellery, contrasting with the quiet strength of the horse beneath it. Nothing has tamed her; the flowers simply celebrate what was already there. 
Softness and strength were never opposites.
